Reaming Shell maintains stable hole diameter while protecting the life of bit and the core barrel. The outside diameter of Reaming Shells are always a small fraction larger than the bit so that it can protect the core barrel and provide a better clearance with the well bore.

Polmak manufactures three different types of reaming shells according to the drilling operation carried on.

3. Diamond Reaming Shell

All Reaming Shells are manufactured from alloy steel to provide a long life.
